5 best influencer email finders in 2026

Compare influencer email finders for campaign teams, public-contact APIs, enriched databases, Actor datasets, and name-plus-domain lookups.

by
Three input-based choices for influencer contact tools: discover creators, enrich known handles, or look up a name and domain, followed by source and verification checks

The best influencer email finder depends on what you already have. Choose Modash if you need creator discovery and campaign management, ScrapeCreators if your app already has creator handles and needs public-contact lookups, or Influencers.club if you want enriched creator records. Apify fits configurable dataset jobs. Hunter fits a known person’s name and website domain, not a social handle on its own.

For a handful of potential partners, check their published business-contact page before buying anything. An email finder should save research time, not turn a missing address into permission to guess.

I run ScrapeCreators. We checked its endpoint in production for this article; the other recommendations use current vendor documentation, not a claimed five-vendor benchmark. Prices and capabilities were checked on October 17, 2026.

Choose by your starting point

Most comparisons flatten three different jobs into one list: finding relevant creators, enriching a shortlist, and locating someone at a company domain. That produces strange recommendations. A domain lookup can be useful without being an Instagram username lookup.

ToolStart withChoose it forBilling unit and catch
ModashA campaign brief or creator listDiscovery, vetting, CRM, and email in one workflowEssentials includes 150 email unlocks per month; it is a subscription, not a price per public lookup
ScrapeCreatorsSupported platform plus creator handlePublic-contact JSON with available source URLs and scan diagnosticsLive lookup: 10 credits with any email, 1 credit when empty; no mailbox verification
Influencers.clubCreator criteria, handles, or an enrichment listCreator records with contact and wider social dataDashboard exports and API operations have different credit rules; confirm the plan and commitment
ApifyInputs accepted by a specific ActorScheduled runs and exportable datasetsActor-specific events; the YouTube example below bills saved creators, not individual verified mailboxes
HunterFull name and company or personal-site domainProfessional email lookup with verificationEmail Finder charges 1 credit per found email; a failed find is free

An address can be publicly sourced without being deliverable. It can also be deliverable without belonging to the creator personally. Management, booking, press, and the creator’s own inbox are different destinations. Preserve that distinction when you build your list.

Choose influencer contact tools by input, then check the result's source and verification

1. Modash for discovery and campaign management

Modash’s influencer email finder is the most natural starting point here for a marketing team that does not already have a shortlist. You can find creators, filter for public email availability, review performance and audience information, organize lists, and communicate from the same product.

That is worth paying for when finding the right partner is harder than extracting a contact field. Buying a cheaper lookup API does not automatically replace discovery, relationship history, or a shared inbox.

The current pricing page lists Essentials at $299 on the monthly setting, or $199 per month equivalent with $2,388 paid yearly. It includes 300 opened profiles and 150 unlocked creator emails per month. We checked the pricing switch in a browser because the initial page showed the annual-equivalent amount beside a “Monthly” label. The commitment matters.

Choose Modash when your team needs the surrounding campaign workflow. Choose something smaller when you already have the creators and only need a contact lookup. Its public-email filter is useful, but do not read it as a promise that every profile has an address or that every unlocked address will reply.

2. ScrapeCreators for public-contact lookups in your app

ScrapeCreators takes a narrower input: platform and handle. The Find Creator Emails endpoint supports starting profiles on Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, X/Twitter, and Facebook. YouTube also accepts channel IDs.

It scans publicly listed profile contacts, supported link-in-bio pages, and a bounded set of creator-declared website pages. Other profiles need an explicit link or verified ownership connection; a matching username by itself is not sufficient identity evidence.

The useful output is more than emails[].email:

  • emails[].sources contains available public source URLs and source types.
  • partial warns that discovery or scanning was incomplete.
  • email_scan_limited identifies a bounded scan.
  • Failed-scan arrays help explain what was not checked successfully.

Some addresses have an empty sources array because a publishable source URL is unavailable. Do not relabel that as source-verified. The endpoint does not guess mailbox patterns or verify deliverability, and it does not expose private account data or login-only contact details.

Three live checks showed why these distinctions belong in a buyer comparison:

Starting profileEmail rows returnedResult caveatCredits charged
Instagram miguelangeles3Partial and scan-limited; each address had public-source entries10
YouTube mkbhd1Partial; the address had public-source entries10
TikTok khaby.lame0No partial or scan-limited flag in that response1

These are dated observations, not a coverage or accuracy rate. We did not email anyone or test mailbox delivery. The empty TikTok response means the lookup found no address in its checked sources, not that the creator has no business contact anywhere.

Choose this route when you want public-contact discovery inside an application and can handle incomplete results. Choose a verified-contact database or a campaign platform when you need its verification or marketing workflow. The broader social API comparison covers the data-collection layer separately.

3. Influencers.club for enriched creator records

Influencers.club combines creator discovery and enrichment with emails, social profiles, metrics, and integrations. It is a better shortlist candidate than a plain scraper when your team needs a richer contact record rather than just the text found on a page.

Its vendor-described email verification is a different promise from ScrapeCreators’ public-source extraction. Ask for the actual verification status, what “valid” means, and the update policy on your sample. We did not independently measure its deliverability.

Read the pricing page carefully. On our check, its cards displayed Starter from $140/month and Pro from $208/month, while an FAQ separately described a $199/month dashboard plan without an annual commitment. Those statements do not establish the same purchase terms. Confirm the billing period and included credits before ordering.

The page says one dashboard export credit covers a valid email export with creator data, while API operations have their own costs. It lists Full Handle enrichment at 1 credit and Raw Handle enrichment at 0.03 credits. Raw profile data is not interchangeable with a full email-enriched record. API access belongs to Pro, rather than the dashboard-only Starter card.

Choose Influencers.club when discovery or cross-platform enrichment is part of the job. Do not compare its subscription and enriched-record allowance directly with a one-credit empty public scan.

4. Apify for configurable creator datasets

Apify is a marketplace, so pick a specific Actor before comparing inputs, output, or cost. “Apify finds emails” is too broad to be useful.

One relevant option is the community-maintained YouTube Channel Email & Sponsor Lead Scraper. Its documentation supports known channels, keyword discovery, and lookalike discovery, with exportable creator rows and public-contact evidence. That makes it useful for a scheduled YouTube dataset, although it is not one universal cross-platform email endpoint.

The distinction I like in its documentation is explicit: email validation checks domain/MX records, not whether a particular mailbox will accept a message. A protected-email indicator does not reveal YouTube’s protected address; the Actor instead looks for independent public alternatives.

Its README lists $5 per 1,000 saved creators on the public tier, down to $4 on higher tiers, plus an Actor-start event. The headline advertises pricing “from” $4. Use the Actor’s Pricing tab for your account, and review Apify’s platform pricing separately. A saved creator can be a different billing object from a found address, depending on the contact filter you select.

Choose Apify when runs, schedules, and datasets fit your stack. Review the specific maintainer, input schema, contact filter, and output evidence first. We reviewed this Actor’s documentation; we did not execute it or reproduce its performance claims. For an Instagram or TikTok job, evaluate an appropriate Actor independently instead of transferring this one’s contract.

5. Hunter for a known name and website domain

Hunter’s Email Finder takes a person’s name and a domain. It can be useful when a creator runs an identifiable business or personal website, or when the relevant contact is at a management company.

It is not a drop-in replacement for a platform + handle lookup. You first need to resolve the right person and domain. Do not submit a sponsor’s domain just because it appeared in a video and assume the resulting address belongs to the creator.

Hunter describes finding public addresses and deducing likely addresses when necessary, with verification. That differs from an extraction-only tool. Keep its verification status with the result instead of reducing everything to an unlabeled email column.

Hunter’s pricing lists 50 credits per month on Free and Starter at $49 monthly, or $34 per month with annual billing. Starter provides 2,000 credits per month on monthly billing. Email Finder uses 1 credit per found email; no result is free. Standalone Email Verifier uses 0.5 credit per verified address, with unknown results uncharged. Those are different operations, not two names for the same lookup.

Choose Hunter for the name-and-domain part of your process. Choose a creator-specific discovery tool if you need to search by niche, audience, or handle first.

A real request that keeps partial results visible

This Python example makes a paid live lookup. A result with any email costs 10 credits; a successful empty lookup costs 1. It prints a summary rather than republishing contact addresses. Put your API key in an environment variable, not the file.

import json,os,urllib.request,urllib.parse
params={'platform':'instagram','handle':'miguelangeles'}
request=urllib.request.Request(
 'https://api.scrapecreators.com/v1/find-creator-emails?'+urllib.parse.urlencode(params),
 headers={'x-api-key':os.environ['SCRAPE_CREATORS_API_KEY']})
with urllib.request.urlopen(request,timeout=60) as response:
 data=json.load(response)
if data.get('success') is not True or not isinstance(data.get('emails'),list):
 raise RuntimeError('Lookup failed; do not save it as an empty result')
if data.get('source',{}).get('handle') != params['handle']:
 raise RuntimeError('Source identity does not match the requested creator')
emails=data['emails']
summary={
 'source':data['source'],
 'emails_returned':len(emails),
 'addresses_with_public_sources':sum(bool(x.get('sources')) for x in emails),
 'partial':data.get('partial'),
 'email_scan_limited':data.get('email_scan_limited'),
 'credits_charged':data.get('credits_charged')}
print(json.dumps(summary,indent=2))
# Inspect each emails[].sources entry and address role before any contact.
# A partial empty result is not proof that no public address exists.

We executed this exact script separately from the three checks above. Its summary was:

{
  "source": {
    "platform": "instagram",
    "handle": "miguelangeles",
    "url": "https://www.instagram.com/miguelangeles"
  },
  "emails_returned": 3,
  "addresses_with_public_sources": 3,
  "partial": true,
  "email_scan_limited": true,
  "credits_charged": 10
}

emails_returned and addresses_with_public_sources are script-created summary fields, not extra endpoint fields. Notice that a successful response with addresses can still be partial. Do not erase that warning when you export to a spreadsheet.

For implementation details specific to YouTube, keep the YouTube creator-contact guide separate from provider selection. This list compares buying decisions across workflows; it does not replace that guide.

Budget for qualified contacts rather than address count

At ScrapeCreators’ current prepaid pricing, $47 buys 25,000 credits and $497 buys 500,000. These are one-time purchases and credits do not expire. For this endpoint, the relevant model is:

credits = 10 × successful lookups with emails
        +  1 × successful empty lookups

Cache hits cost zero credits; a cache miss uses the normal live cost. Failed lookups and invalid inputs are uncharged under the documented contract. Several addresses in one response still cost 10 credits, not 10 per address. The three representative checks above cost 21 credits in total; that is not a cost-per-qualified-contact benchmark.

For the other tools, keep the actual meter visible: Modash email unlocks, Influencers.club exports or API operations, Apify saved creator events, and Hunter found addresses or verifications. The cheapest-looking unit can be the wrong unit for your job.

Budget against distinct, relevant creators with the right business contact. One management address can represent several creators. Deduplicating addresses avoids repeated mail, but it does not mean those creators are one person. Keep creator identity and contact identity separately.

A small acceptance check before you buy

Use a small shortlist you already understand. Include a creator with a clearly published business address, one who uses management, and one without an obvious public email. This is a suggested evaluation, not a test we ran across every vendor.

For each result, check:

  1. Does the source profile actually belong to the intended creator?
  2. Where was the address published, and is that source still accessible?
  3. Is it a creator, management, booking, or unrelated contact?
  4. Is the result extracted, inferred, verified, partial, or unknown?
  5. What exactly consumed credits or a subscription allowance?

The research for this article reinforced the need for a cheap manual option and a fallback when email is absent. A public discussion about expensive creator tools includes manual research and creator recommendations alongside vendor promotion. It is qualitative evidence, not a representative survey or proof of anyone’s current price.

Modash’s own walkthrough of contact-finding methods also separates creator databases from name-and-domain tools. We used those distinctions to check current contracts rather than copying old setup or free-tier claims. TikTok searches mostly returned the reverse job, creators finding brand contacts, so we excluded those results from provider recommendations.

Finding an address is not consent, a deliverability guarantee, or a promise of a response. Use contacts published for the relevant business purpose, honor removal requests, and keep your collection and outreach policies appropriate to your use and location. If the creator only offers a contact form, use it rather than trying to uncover a private login email.

Questions buyers ask

What is the best influencer email finder?

For discovery and campaign work, start with Modash. For public-contact lookups in an app using known creator handles, consider ScrapeCreators. For richer creator enrichment, compare Influencers.club; for configurable datasets, evaluate a specific Apify Actor; for a name and domain, use Hunter.

Can I get an influencer’s private account email?

Do not buy on that assumption. ScrapeCreators does not retrieve private login details or login-only contact fields. A public profile is not a promise that every contact field is public.

Does a public source prove the email works?

No. A source records publication. Mailbox verification, identity matching, and permission to contact are separate checks. Even a verified mailbox does not guarantee a reply.

What does an empty result mean?

It means the lookup returned no email from its checked sources. Inspect partial and failure flags before calling it a completed scan. A successful empty live ScrapeCreators lookup costs one credit, including a partial empty result.

If the public-contact API fits your workflow, review the creator tools overview, read the endpoint contract, then create an account and check a small shortlist before scaling.
