Earlier today, probably around the early afternoon, /v1/instagram/post and /v2/instagram/reels/search had issues. This is fixed now. We apologize and are very sorry for the inconvenience.

We are aware that many endpoints are having issues right now. Looks like our main proxy provider is having issues, so we switched to our backup and things are performing better. We are still monitoring. Email support@scrapecreators.com with any more issues.

We are currently seeing issues with /v3/tiktok/profile/videos. I'm looking into it now — sorry for the issues.

These endpoints are permanently deprecated because Reddit removed its public Ad Library. /v1/reddit/ads/search and /v1/reddit/ad now return a 400 instead of trying to fetch Reddit ad data.

At approximately 6:30 PM CST, we pushed up a fix that should have fixed /v1/youtube/channel-videos. Email us at support@scrapecreators.com if you're still experiencing problems.

Fixed duplicate ads when paginating /v1/facebook/adLibrary/company/ads. Pagination now reuses the same session correctly; restart scripts from page 1 if needed.

As of 6:10 AM, everything is back up. Issue was related to proxies being blocked by TikTok and Meta; switched to other proxies.

At 4:14 AM we noticed a major outage to all endpoints—looking into it.
