How much concurrency can I send?
ScrapeCreators does not enforce an account-level concurrency cap. For the best performance and reliability, we recommend staying below 500 concurrent requests. If you expect sustained workloads above that, book a call so we can review the endpoints and traffic pattern with you.
Does ScrapeCreators have SOC 2?
Not currently. We only provide public data, you never give us your social account passwords, and we can answer specific security and data-handling questions during evaluation. If SOC 2 is mandatory for your vendor process, tell us before booking so neither side wastes time.
Can we test the API before talking?
Yes. Every API is available with the free credits, so your engineers can test real responses first. The enterprise call is most useful once you know the endpoints fit and want to discuss volume, architecture, or purchasing.
Do you support custom volume pricing?
Yes. Enterprise pricing is based on the volume and endpoint mix you expect to use. Credits do not expire, so you are not forced to burn through a balance at the end of the month.
